Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill is a chain of restaurants for casual dining. Smokey Bones’ headquarters is in Orlando, Fl where they opened their first restaurant in 1999. Today, Smokey Bones owns 68 restaurants in over 17 states in the eastern US.
Their newer location, on Polaris Parkway in the Polaris Mall, extends their rustic mountain lodge setting to welcome hungry customers looking for atmosphere and fun dining. The wood interior of tall timers, logs, stacked stone and images of mountains create that fresh mountain lodge feeling. Combined with large screen televisions placed through out the bar and restaurant area, with volume controls at various tables, sporting events are a natural. Every night is a special occasion, drawing the hungry and thirsty. Special nights such as College Night, Hump Day, Phat Deal Friday, Sippin’ Saturdays, Bloody Sunday / Euchre Night and Must Eat Mondays make every day very one to look forward to. Smokey Bones is a barbeque restaurant, which specializes in slow-cooked meats such as pulled pork, turkey, beef brisket and smoked sausage. However, the menu is hardly limited. One can order a variety of items, but the warm atmosphere and wonderful smell of barbeque wafting about makes it difficult to select anything else. Order a steak, which are well-marbled choice cuts which are fully seasoned and butter brushed then fire grilled. Choose your favorite steak flavor (choices are Steakhouse Butter, Cajun seasoned with Louisiana butter and button mushroom red wine sauce) in a seven ounce Tenderloin or twelve ounce New York Strip.

Their Pulled Pork Party Pack is ordered per person and prepared for parties from twenty five to twenty five hundred. There’s always enough for every party guest. Orders for over fifty requires forty eight hours notice. Or order The Pack, which includes hand-pulled pork, fresh buns, and any two sides. Or, if your party numbers one hundred or so, order a Block Party, which combines eighteen pounds of hand-pulled pork with twelve racks of slow smoked St. Louis ribs, eight quarts each of your side choices and BBQ sauce.
