The Cheesecake Factory gives you more than just cheesecake!
When you step in through the front doors of Cheesecake Factory, you’ll know you’re in for something more than the usual fare. The interior welcomes you with french limestone floors, stylish columns, fabrics that are hand-painted, relaxing lighting and a rich designs made of cherry wood. The contemporary decor is just the beginning.
Offering a touch of class and unique atmosphere, the Cheesecake Factory offers you an upscale casual dining experience. There are over 200 menu selections including Appetizers, Pasta, Pizza, Steaks, Seafood, Salads, Sandwiches, and much more. Their menu features specialty dishes like Miso Salmon, Chicken Madeira, Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, and The Factory Burger.
Your experience won’t be complete if you forget to save room for dessert! The must try’s are White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle® Cheesecake or the new and my personal favorite, the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake with a mix of espresso or cappuccino. These are just one of the 50 cheesecakes and desserts.
You can enjoy Cheesecake Factory’s lively atmosphere everyday, serving from Appetizers,  Lunch and Dinner. They also have late dining for busy folks, a full bar, and of course Sunday Brunch. Best of all, they offer the entire menu for take out!
The Cheesecake Factory is for everybody. If you want to do something special for your loved ones, you can order their most popular Cheesecakes and have them shipped almost anywhere in the U.S. via Federal Express!
Local Comments:
1. The serving of their meals are huge, and very good. It usually takes a little while to get seated but the service is outstanding. The best cheesecake so far.
2. One of my favorite restaurants of all time. Im  in love with this place. I like the chicken madeira the best, and order that – although they also make a tasty Vietnamese spring roll too. I’m also a fan of their chocolate martini.

Polaris Mall – Cheesecake Factory

The Cheesecake Factory at Polaris is an Italian themed restaurant with some excellent pizza and pasta dishes. But, italian food is only a small section of the overall menu choices. At 18 pages, the longest part of the meal can be deciding what to order.

Depending on the time of day, you may sometimes end up waiting for a table, but you can always grab a seat at the bar. The bartenders are fast and friendly and this can make the wait rather enjoyable.

The bread that arrives prior to your meal is pretty good – fresh and soft, with three different types to choose from.

The extensive menu includes over 200 selections, including appetizers, pasta, pizza, seafood, steaks, salads, sandwiches, etc. The menu offers more choices for vegetarians than most restaurants. Featured dishes include Miso Salmon, Chicken Madeira, Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, and one of my favorites – The Factory Burger.

There are over FIFTY different cheesecake and dessert options, including the 30th Anniversary Cheesecake, and Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake.

The portions are absolutely huge, and usually leave no room for cheesecake, but when in Rome… You can always split a piece with a friend and have more than enough.

The outdoor patio is a nice option when the weather is nice.
