The chef professionally selects each piece for the optimum proportion of marbling and texture, just before seasoning and hand-cutting the thick, tender and juicy steaks to your satisfaction. Then, to lock in the flavor, the steak is flash-seared on a specially designed high-heat grills.

We were there just days after it opened, and had the best steaks we have experienced anywhere in the US. The server was exceptional.; knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. His recommendations were spot on. His wine recommendation was an excellent choice, perfect for the meal we selected.
Before we visited new places, we like to read reviews. Without any negative comments, and such high praises, we expected it would be hard to live up to comments we read.
